The Delta airline tries to eliminate this stress by allowing its customers to trace the suitcases via app.

It will work like this: at check-in, each bag will be assigned a label rFID, (Radio Frequency Identification) which will allow it to be traced via radio waves. The location will thus be available on the user application. At the beginning of the year, the company invested $ 50 million in RFID and the technology will be available in 84 airports throughout the United States.
