MMD, a company specializing in the production of displays and a licensee partner of Philips brand monitors, has announced the launch of the LCD monitor Philips 243B9.
Equipped with USB-C docking, high-speed USB 3.2 and Full HD 1920 × 1080 resolution with IPS technology, this monitor 24 (diagonal 60.5 cm) indicated as "designed to simplify work activity". Among the peculiarities of the product, the adjustable SmartErgo Base and cable management, the PowerSensors for energy saving and the 100% recyclable packaging.
On the connectivity side, the Philips 243B9 offers the flexibility of USB-C docking with power. With a single thin and reversible connector, you can charge your laptop, watch high resolution videos and transfer data at high speed. This monitor also offers connectivity via HDMI, allowing you to take advantage of digital video and audio transmitted over a single cable from AV sources, including DVD players, camcorders and PCs.
From an energy point of view, the display complies with numerous environmental standards and certifications, including EnergyStar 7.0, TCO Edge and RoHS. An integrated power sensor automatically detects the presence of the user and adjusts the brightness of the monitor accordingly, promising energy savings of up to 80%, while the Zero Power Switch guarantees zero energy consumption and further reduces the environmental impact of the monitor . Equipped with a PVC / BFR free housing and totally mercury and lead free, the Philips 243B9 also uses 85% post-consumer recycled plastic and 100% recyclable packaging material.
