In January, the latest news on the topic: WhatsApp had introduced sending up to 30 files simultaneously (in addition to adding a gif engine). Now, two more updates are coming for Facebook's proprietary messaging service.

First of all, photo albums: when the user sends more than five photos at the same time, these will be organized directly in one album. This will help not to interrupt the conversation and also the visualization will be facilitated: by clicking on the images, they will be proposed in a compact, scrolling presentation.

Another novelty, the addition of filters for photos. Directly in the internal camera, the user will find new pre-packaged options for editing images: at the moment there are only five, but they work for photos, videos and even gifs.

Also included in this update typing shortcut: to reply to a message, just scroll right. At the moment the new functions are available for iOS, but the arrival on the Android platform is only a matter of time.
