After Philips Hue, we also give you an account of TP-Link which presents its new line of smart filament lights, this time with support for Alexa, Google Home and the IFTTT platform.
The new filament lamp works with Amazon Alexa and Google Assistant for complete voice control, as well as with the IFTTT platform. Moreover, unlike current Philips smart lamps, no hub is required for correct use: it works with any Wi-Fi router without the need for a separate hub or a paid subscription service.
The dimmable lamp with shades of warm white, with an attenuation range from 1% to 100%, so as to be able to recreate those atmospheres typical of incandescent lamps, with the right brightness for any mood or activity.
Of course, remote control is available from wherever you are, via tablet or smartphone, using the free Kasa app, which requires Android 4.1 or higher, iOS 8 or later.
The lamps support Scenes and planning, being able to set programs to turn on or off automatically when at home or on the road. There is also the possibility of combining the lights with other TP-Link smart devices to create a particular scene and control them with a single button.
