The group that manages the Finnish brand in the mobile sector is planning to launch a tablet of exaggerated size
Since the Nokia brand returned to the arena of smart products, the Finnish group that manages it has not yet announced or brought out a gadget that is truly able to leave the public speechless. Perhaps for a surprise on the horizon: according to data emerged from GFXBench the Finnish producer would be planning to release a mammoth tablet with 18.4-inch display and Android Nougat operating system.
The screen will have a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels adequate to its surface, but such dimensions reveal in any case that the gadget will be destined for one market niche well specific. With a diagonal higher than that of most laptops, the Nokia tablettone will have to compete for the attention of a limited audience, even if at the same time even the opponents will be few with whom he must elbow.
One of these Samsung Galaxy View, mega tablet of the same identical size, but released two years ago, at a lower resolution and with specifications updated to 2015. On board the Nokia tablet instead the technology seems to be at the forefront: according to GFXBench the processor will be the powerful and brand new Snapdragon 835, Supported by 4 GB of RAM. The memory on board will be from 64 GB and among the additional components will be present cellular connectivity LTE, GPS and NFC chip.
It doesn't miss much at the beginning of Mobile World Congress in Barcelona, the annual fair dedicated to smartphones and tablets where Nokia has always been present: if in the Finnish plans there is an extra large tablet, we will know more.
