Microsoft Network Explorer for Mac too? – Macitynet.it
There appears to be movement in the Microsoft division that handles MSN for Mac.
According to SpyMac, a site dedicated to rumors and which in the past as far as software is concerned has proven to be quite reliable, the Redmond company is working on a grand-style release of version 8.0 of the service.
What, however, seems more interesting, always assuming that the rumors collected by SpyMac are true, that Microsoft would also be planning the release of MSN Explorer for Mac Os X.
MSN Explorer is already available for the Windows world, in fact an integrated browser, capable of supporting various ways of browsing the web (such as the reproduction of movies and audio) as well as sending emails and surfing the net.
Recall that the slow use of Internet Explorer and some bugs present in its use in Mac OS X, are among the causes of a slow but constant migration from Microsoft's browser to other browsers, such as Netscape and Chimera.
According to SpyMac, the release of MSN Explorer for Mac is expected in January, probably in the context of the Macworld Expo in San Francisco.
