It took a couple of months of waiting, but finally LG has formalized its new laptops. It's about the line Gram, which had already been abundantly revealed last December by several rumors that appeared online.
It's about super portable ultrabooks, which the South Korean company also showed at the IFA in Berlin and CES in Las Vegas. The products are now available through Amazon, with the Asian company also having revealed prices of all three new laptops. LG Gram 17 has a starting price of $ 1850, while $ 1300 is needed to purchase LG Gram 15. Finally, the 14-inch model costs $ 1200.
But didn't the series also consist of a fourth laptop? Well yes, there is also LG Gram 14 in "2 in 1" version. The price of this product should be around around $ 1600, but the South Korean company has not yet confirmed the availability of the laptop: we will know more in the coming days
LG has made some very interesting ultrabooks, also including support for Wi-Fi 6 and Thunderbolt 3. All new products are powered by new Intel 10th generation chips: according to what LG itself said, the range "doubled the graphics processing power compared to last year's models".
In line with previous devices, the entire new range of laptops shows up thin and light. Just think that LG Gram 17 weighs 1,350 grams, while LG Gram 14 weighs 999 grams: the merit of the exceptional magnesium and aluminum alloy.
Autonomy is one of the strengths of these new laptops. The 15 and 17 inch models are equipped with an 80 Wh battery, while LG Gram 14 has a 72 Wh battery: tools that guarantee the achievement of about 17-18 hours of autonomy on a single charge, ideal for those who need to work on the move.
The only negative aspect is that related to "gaming". The three Grams do not provide graphics performance memorable and have only one fan for the cooling system.
