Lenovo introduced the brand new ThinkStation P520 tower workstations and the compact P520c. Equipped with the latest and most powerful Intel Xeon W processors, with clock frequencies up to 4.5 GHz and up to 18 cores for substantial computing power, the ThinkStation P520 and P520c represent the new family of single CPU mainstream workstations. The new ThinkStation P520 and P520c provide a combination of performance and reliability to handle the needs of graphics professionals even the most demanding. Add to this the professional graphics with up to two NVIDIA Quadro P6000 cards inside the ThinkStation P520.
The announcement of the ThinkStation P520 and P520c completes the upgrade of the recently announced and already available desktop workstation portfolio including ThinkStation P920 and P720.
Thanks to the new units it will be possible to exploit MX3D for the design and realization of large objects, also thanks to storage optimization.
