Labbiamo was able to preview a few months ago at IFA and finally available on our market the Eve Systems multi-socket Homekit differs from similar solutions for the very high level finish, for the ability to integrate exclusively with Apple Homekit with all the implications at the level of privacy that this entails and finally for the level of security and control obtainable.
On the upper part there are three classic Schuko sockets that can be controlled individually either directly with the buttons or through the screen of the iPhone, iPad and Mac and with the voice commands of Siri in Italian thanks to the compatibility with Homekit.
The sockets are positioned at a considerable moon distance from each other and also allow direct connection of large power supplies.
The sturdy aluminum frame allows offers an aesthetic plus but also of strength in case you have to place it on the ground.
Below you can see some settings in which Energy strip must absolutely be placed in sight.
Through the Eve application it will also be possible to directly control the consumption of the connected devices as well as program their shutdown and access to also reduce the standby period of TVs, consoles and voracious energy appliances even in the waiting state.
To control the socket, you need an iPhone, iPad or iPod touch or later and a home Wi-Fi network, you don't need a home automation hub. Remote control from outside the home is possible if you let your homekit network manage an Apple TV, Homepod or compatible iPad.
On board the strip has 2.4 GHz Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n) and manages overall loads up to 16A and 3680 W. The overload protection reaches 30,000 A and the overall dimensions are 32x64x276mm with a connection cable of 190 cm.
