Bruno Editore, a Roman publishing house that produces ebooks, aims its cards on the iPhone.
The Apple phone is in fact used for the publication of texts formatted in such a way as to be legible and usable on the smartphone. What started as an experiment last September 16 with the release of the manual "Hypnotic Seduction" (cost 1.59 euros) in which the author, Giacomo Bruno, explains that seduction is an art that is learned and that brings benefits both in private life that at work when you can exploit it to your advantage, it turned into a success. After just 4 days, the book is in first place in the AppStore ebook ranking with hundreds of copies sold.
"It therefore appears increasingly evident – says the publishing house – that in the future ebooks will draw on the support of multiple technologies and that interest in these products will involve an increasing number of manufacturers of technological products. The spread of books on digital media will increase the number of readers, since reading them on different electronic media will be easier and more accessible to everyone "
"From this point of view – declares Giacomo Bruno President of Bruno Editore – the data recently released by DisplaySearch are significant, according to which by 2018 the ebooks sold worldwide will increase from 1 to 77 million a year. An acceleration that will be determined by the spread of the new technologically advanced eReaders, and by all electronic media such as the iPhone. "
Note that Bruno Editore's book, one of the very few volumes recently published and not definable as a classic of literature such as the Betrothed or the Divine Comedy, to have been launched on the App Store, demonstrating that there is actually space for this type of products.
