The exhibition spaces are condensed by the CES in the Las Vegas Convention Center (LVCC) and consist of four large pavilions of approximately 12-15,000 square meters each; an immense space where different categories of technological products are placed, from audio, to networks, to home theater / video.
To understand how the fair is located compared to the city of Las Vegas, it would be necessary to make an in-depth analysis of the city itself … we just say, for those who do not know, that the city made famous by Elvis born out of nowhere and consisting mainly of "attractions" whether they are hotels, resorts or theaters. So the fair itself becomes a "landmark" (an important complex) for the ability to move almost 120,000 people overall.
To get to the LVCC you can take the free shuttle that, via 11 lines, connects the different hotels to the fair. See dozens of buses moving around, coordinated by service staff with lights similar to those used at airports, quite impressive, or you can choose to arrive with the futuristic monorail or, finally, by taxi, exchanging 4 chats with the driver, category always ready to pass the time comfortably to its customers while trying to extricate themselves from the slow and inexorable traffic of the Strip. It is almost unthinkable to go on foot given the distance of the fair from most hotels … even the most willing could be persuaded by the cold weather that affects the United States these days.
Like everything American, the fair organized to perfection with clear access, controls, information booths and helpful and courteous staff.
In our first photo gallery that you find on this page we offer you a first tour in the area dedicated to the Apple world (iLounge) which shows a set of stands of not exaggerated dimensions (at least not as much as some stands of the previous MacWorld Expo) but well equipped with material and products. You can see historical brands related to the world of iPod and iPhone but also some related to the Mac, such as the manufacturers of accessories Macally, Be.ez, Extreme Mac.
In the next few hours the Macitynet staff will bring you the most interesting news, with extensive photographic reports and product reports.
