The 7 apps to organize your life
To start organizing your life, you need an app for notes where you can store scribbles, lists and fragmentary notes. Google Keep, with its direct interface and its compatibility with multiple platforms, is certainly a winning choice. In addition to memorizing the notes, Google Keep offers some ways to organize them; for example, you can label related items with the same color or tag them with specific words, simplifying the grouping of everything related to "home", "work", "children" and so on. You can also save a variety of note formats, such as text, lists with or without ad hoc check boxes, scribbles drawn with fingers or a stylus, voice memos and images.
You can even share Google Keep notes with other users. You can edit the notes in a more professional format, converting them into text files into a Google Docs file.

These days, each phone comes with its own digital assistant, but even if you already have access to the Google Assistant or Siri, you should consider using Cortana, particularly if you work with multiple devices or have a Windows 10 computer. Just download the app, sign in with your Microsoft account and let her organize your life. Cortana can take notes, write lists and set activity reminders. You can also receive alerts at certain times of the day or when you reach certain places and, for example, you may receive an alert to buy flowers as soon as you walk past your favorite flower shop. The reminders can also be repeated on a planned basis, so you can create a weekly reminder for, for example, buying milk or emptying the garbage.
The AI assistant also works with any calendar app, including those from Google, Apple and Microsoft, to allow you to add new events and check shortly scheduled appointments. Besides all this, Cortana keeps you updated with the latest news and weather forecasts.

Trello earned a solid reputation as a tool that work teams can use to manage shared projects. In fact, it works just as well for people and families, because part of Trello's appeal is its flexibility: it can be adapted to a variety of purposes, including keeping track of any activity.
This service offers both mobile app that web and both work the same way: you create a variety of digital "cards" and organize them in columns. Each card could represent a domestic job, an entry on your to-do list, or a looming calendar event. The columns can represent activity categories, priority levels, specific dates or any other factors you could use to arrange your cards.
Once you've decided on the organization's layout, you can add details to the individual tabs to make them easier to manage. Write a description, apply a couple of color-coded labels, tag people who may need updates or reminders, and even give the specific card a deadline. The collaborators, therefore, can add comments to the cards, attach files and drag and drop the cards from one column to another. Your implementation of Trello can be really simple or complex, depending on what you want and what you need.
For personal use, you can take advantage of the free Trello level. Companies, on the other hand, can pay modest sums a month to get other features, such as improved integration with third-party apps and the ability to attach larger files to the cards.

To organize your life more efficiently, you also need to know how you are using time and this is what Smarter Time proposes to do. Lapp can also tautomatically track your activities: while recording the time, the app also tries to fill in the empty spaces in your day, based on the previous habits and on the data from the sensors of the phone (fast movement, for example, could mean that you did a morning run).
Once you have started to provide enough data to the app, it can send reports on everything from how you spend the day to which apps waste most of the time: so if you want to change the time spent on daily activities, you can set goals personalized that will help you achieve smarter use of your time.
At the moment, only Android users can download Smarter Time, but the company is currently developing a beta version for iOS. For extra features, such as detailed reports and additional data export options, you can sign up with a Plus account, with moderate fixed monthly costs.

A way in which many of us lose a lot of time falling into the rabbit hole on the internet. When you find an interesting story, though, you don't have to read it immediately, but instead, you can save it up Pocket and revisit it when you have more free time.
Pocket allows you to cache items when you are browsing almost anywhere: an application for web browsers, desktop browsers (via an extension), email accounts and social media feeds. You can also organize your collected articles and videos into categories so you can easily find them. After saving some stories in Pocket, the app can start recommending related articles that might be interested in reading.
Through this app, you can read even when you don't have an Internet connection: Pocket caches all the articles saved for offline viewing; if you install it on multiple devices, you will also synchronize your collection between different devices.
