Deactivate the Touch Display

To prevent iPhone and iPad from record tactile inputs, do so:

  • Open Accessibility Settings
  • Tap Guided Access
  • enable Guided access
  • Open the app you want to block on the screen (like Youtube) and press the power button three times in rapid succession

A special screen will open that allows you to start the Touch Screen lock, but before continuing, you will have to drawn on the display the areas you want to include (like the buttons to change videos, comment, share and so on); in the gray areas it will not be possible to interact, while in all the other areas. Then, press Starts at the top right and choose a PIN.

The most interesting aspect that you can no longer exit the app as long as Guided Access is not disabled; which you can do by pressing the power button 3 times again, and finally entering the chosen PIN.
