Airplanes: an aeronautical magazine on iPhone and iPad – Macitynet.it
A new editorial reality dedicated to that niche of aviation culture enthusiasts scattered here and there around the boot peeps out on the App Store. It is Airplanes: The Italian Aviation Magazine, the digital version of the magazine distributed free of charge on the occasion of each air show. Thanks to the collaboration between the publisher Aviator and the Araneum group, the first two issues for iPhone, iPod Touch and iPad are already available online.
The contents range from interviews with the pilots to the technical and descriptive data sheets on the aircraft, behind the scenes on the profession of aerobatic pilots up to the details on the program of the various annual events: there are over 20 from 1 May to 30 September, attracting from 20,000 to 300,000 people. The goal will also be to create a digital tool that can serve as an information booklet for those who intend to visit these events. There are at least 14 issues of Airplanes, while the quantity of osciller pages from 32 to 48. The first two are already available on the App Store at a cost of ? 1.59.
