Last week they could only be purchased through the Apple Store, but Amazon has also been distributing them for a few hours now: Apple's new Powerbeats earphones can in fact be purchased directly on Jeff Bezos' e-commerce at a price of 149.95 euros.
In the advances they were always referred to as Powerbeats 4, however Apple has decided to change the name by eliminating the progressive number, simply presenting them as Powerbeats. Name aside, the new Powerbeats improve audio quality, design, wearability, features and specifications. The new shape first creates a smoother contour both around the ear when they are used and around the neck when the user is not using them to listen to music and make calls.
The Apple H1 wireless chip instead reduces energy consumption (they gain 3 hours of autonomy in more, for a total of 15 hours of uninterrupted music) and the Bluetooth connection times, also reducing the audio latency, while the Fast Fuel technology allows you to get 1 hour of battery life with just 5 minutes of charging via Lightning connector.
The IPX4 certification makes them resistant to sweat and splashes of water, while the certification as a Class 1 Bluetooth device ensures always stable connections with iPhone, iPad and Mac. You can deepen the discussion by taking a look at the presentation article that we published last Monday.
Here we just remind you that to contain the sale price, the new Powerbeats are offered without a transport battery cover, as is the case for AirPods and also for Powerbeats Pro. As we said recently on sale on Amazon at 149.95 euros shipping included and with immediate availability: they are offered in three colors: black, white and red.
