D-Link Omna 180 Cam HD, the first HomeKit camera on the Apple Store Italy

For those who want a surveillance camera but have not yet ventured into the purchase because they fear configuration and use difficulties, now available on the Apple Store D-Link Omna 180 Cam HD, the first compatible with Apple's HomeKit and super easy to use with iPhone and iPad .

Presented at CES 2017, D-Link Omna offers an interesting series of technical specifications and features, including the possibility of monitoring an entire room with a single cam thanks to the wide-angle lens with a 180-degree view. Shoots and records videos in Full HD in order not to lose even a detail, even at night, up to the maximum distance of 5 meters, thanks to the integrated infrared LEDs for shooting even in the most complete darkness.

In addition to the elegant design, D-Link Omna 180 integrates microphone and speaker to ensure two-way audio, this means that it is possible to speak not only from iPhone, iPad and Mac to people or animals shot by the cam, but also the opposite to listen to voices and people remotely captured by the cam. Like the most versatile devices in this category, D-Link Omna can also be configured to record and send video files when it detects movements in the monitored area, alternatively they can be recorded on the microSD card to be purchased separately. As anticipated, support for Apple HomeKit technology greatly simplifies installation, configuration and use: the live video streams of the cam are received directly within the Home app on the iPhone and iPad.

The D-Link Omna 180 Cam HD camera can be purchased on the Apple Store online at a price of 229.95 euros: by the end of the month it will also be available in the Apple Store stores.
