Apple prepares iWork with Trackpad support and iCloud folder sharing

Apple's productivity apps Pages, Numbers and Keynote that are part of the iWork suite will soon be ready to support trackpad commands: the announcement comes directly from Cupertino, in the same release that announced the launch of the new iPad Pro 2020. The new iPad Pro 2020 already available on the Apple Store online.

The multinational will in fact release iPadOS 13.4 on March 24th which will bring trackpad support for the first time on Apple tablets. Users will thus be able to control the pointer and take advantage of new multi-touch gestures, without having to move their hands away from the new Apple Magic Keyboard. Below we report the anticipation of Apple Updates arriving in the Apple iWork productivity suite – Pages, Numbers and Keynote – take full advantage of the trackpad and allow a completely new way of working with documents on iPad. To take full advantage of these new features and controls, Apple will release an iWork update with trackpad support. Apple does not indicate a precise release date but it will undoubtedly arrive shortly before or immediately after the release of iPadOS 13.4. This will not be the only new arrival: Cupertino also anticipates New splendid models in Pages and Keynote to create attractive and professional looking documents, in addition to the arrival for the first drop cap vote to bring out a paragraph with the first large and decorative letter.

Finally, long-awaited, iCloud Folder Sharing is also on the way, a feature that will improve remote collaboration, including the ability to edit shared documents even when the user is not connected to the Internet.
