Nokia C2, unveiled the new "low-cost" phone: Android Pie (Go), 4G and 5.7 '' display

Nokia C2 was unveiled before its official launch, which will take place on Thursday March 19. The successor of the Nokia C1 will in fact be presented at an event organized by HMD Global (coronavirus permitting), the Finnish company that develops devices with the "Nokia" brand. On that occasion, the price of the new smartphone will also be revealed, on which no significant details have emerged so far.

However, considering that the Nokia C1 had a price of about 50 euros, it is probable that the Finnish company opted for a figure not too high for C2. Even the company's Chief Product Officer Juho Sarvikas, unveiled the new phone on its social media channels, while the official specs were revealed on the Nokia website.

According to the specification framework available on the historic brand's website, the Nokia C2 presents a 5.7-inch HD + screen with 1 GB of RAM and 16 GB of internal memory. The storage capacity of the phone can be expanded via a microSD card (up to 64 GB). The phone powered by a 1.4GHz quad-core Unisoc processor and works with Android 9 Pie as an operating system. However, one of the most interesting features of the new Nokia device belongs to the program Android Go, which allows you to take advantage of a lighter version of the green robot.

As for the photo sector, present a 5 megapixel camera paired with an LED flash on both the front and the back of the phone, similar to what was seen on its predecessor, the Nokia C1. The Nordic company's new smartphone also includes a 2,800 mAh removable battery and has connectivity options like 4G, 3.5mm jack and FM radio. In addition, the phone has a Google Assistant button.

Finally, the phone is available in the “Cyan” and Black color variants.
