Huawei, Nova 7 series phones get 3C certification: imminent launch?

The series Huawei Nova 7, which should arrive on the market in a few weeks, was identified on the site of the 3C certification body in China.

Huawei phones with model numbers JER-AN10 is JEF-AN00 they therefore obtained 3C certification, and a detail that usually suggests an imminent launch. The two smartphones will take the name of Nova 7 Pro and Nova 7 respectively.

Reportedly, the 3C certification page shows that both of the new devices from the Shenzhen-based company will be equipped with a 40 W fast charge support. As already revealed in a previous indiscretion, there will also be a variant Huawei Nova 7 SE which will ensure a fast charge of 22.5 W.

The 3C list, identified by the Chinese site MyDrivers, suggests that the two phones from the new Huawei series will have both support for the 5G network. As for all the other details, both in terms of design and in terms of specifications, the list published on the website of the Chinese certification body does not provide much: the only addition that concerns the internal code names for Huawei Nova 7 and Huawei Nova 7 Pro, which are Jennifer and Jennifer R., respectively

The Huawei Nova 7 series is expected to be launched by the month of April this year, immediately after the launch of the P40 series, which has already been scheduled for March 26. The cheapest variant of the series, Huawei Nova 7 SE, should present a 6.5-inch display, a 64 megapixel rear camera, a mid-range Kirin 5G chip and a 22.5 W fast charge technology. According to the "leaks", Huawei Nova 7 could work with a new 5G chip, or Kirin 820.

As for the Nova 7 Pro – top of the range, editor's note – very likely the presence of a processor Kirin 990 5G, with a fingerprint sensor integrated in the display.
