With the men of the party and iPad bring the gastronomic traditions to the table
From chickpea soup to gnocchi to Parisian, from sea bream in crust to Casatiello. These many other recipes are part of a new Giunti Editore App, published in recent days on the App Store. ?Cooking together. The menus of the party ?already in the title says it all: it is a collection of recipes that are made at particular times of the year, for the most important days of the calendar or simply for all those days when we want to bring something to the table particular.
The inspiration comes from the culinary traditions of various countries in the world, Italy of course but also European countries and other continents. We thus find the Thanksgiving turkey and Purim recipes, Hamman ears, Egg Nog, Challa, Chicken Biryani and many, many others.
The journey has 35 stages, 10 of which illustrated step by step through videos for over 70 minutes of video content, all edited by Stefano Bonilli and written by Annalisa Barbagli and Stefania Barzini with the aim of leading to the step-by-step creation of dishes original but also tasty. The index presents the recipes divided by parties, the Italian ones and those of other countries of the world; each recipe is also explained in its tradition and history, offering a cross-section of "culinary culture".
