IPhone Firmware 2.01 is coming
Apple released the update to version 2.01 of the iPhone and iPod touch a few minutes ago. The update, of about 250 MB, is presented generically as an update that "repairs some problems and improves compatibility". Nothing more can be known, directly from Apple.
In recent days, however, several bugs had been reported in the first release of the Cupertino operating system. Among the others we note: some difficulty in location services in identifying the position, difficulty in maintaining the programmed ringtone levels, various holes in the operation of MobileMe, problems in the management of 3G networks, system crash or freezing with some programs, slowdown interface and in contact consultation.
To download the firmware just connect iPhone to iTunes and check for the update.
