Among the first emulators available for iPhone we can include the one for the glorious NES (Nintendo Entertainment System), the first great Nintendo console that was able to churn out many milestones of the video-game universe, first of all the now legendary Super Mario Bros, which definitely launches the Italian mascot of the Japanese house.
While many fans dream that the often (and too much) ventilated collaboration between Nintendo and Apple leaves the ground of pure fantasy, NES.app offers an interesting emulation on the iPhone, to be able to retrace the successes of the NES through the iPhone multitouch.
The mythical NES control pad will appear on the screen as a touch screen; the screen can be rotated horizontally, for greater gaming comfort and greater visual space, also thanks to the possibility of enlarging its dimensions.
It will then be possible to "simulate" the effect of the Zapper gun: a "tap" on the multi touch screen will be enough to imitate the pressure of the trigger of the Nintendo light-gun. Finally, the game can be paused at any time, in order to then resume the game when you prefer.
Like all unofficial applications, NES.app available on the Installer in the "Games" section.
