Here is a guide on how to enable Expos “All Windows” on Mac
With the release of OS X 10.7 Lion, and the new Mission Control feature that brings together all the open windows in one screen to have everything under control, Expos and Space have merged into a single application. Many regretted the old and dear All Expos windows feature! On the other hand, Mac OSX users have gained Full Screen windows, in fact, by starting Mission Control, full screen windows will be displayed around the desk in the center!
MountainLion allows you to restore the old view of all the windows of Espos. just go to System Preferences / Mission Control and remove the check mark option Group windows by application, as shown in the image below. This way you will get the old functionality with the windows all gathered in Mission Control.
Here is the function Show all windows in Expos style, the only difference is that there is no indication of the name of the window when you hover over the cursor as it happened with Snow Leopard.
This guide for those who miss the old Snow Leopard, however I recommend you to make the best use of Mac OS X to use the full screen apps and switch between them using the Magic Mouse or trackpad features of your macbook!
