We continue with the new appointment that summarizes the main video games of the month of May 2019. The games listed in the calendar are available for PC platforms, Playstation 4, Xbox One and Nintendo Switch.
For some games you have the option to pre-order through Amazon (which offers the lowest guaranteed price for new titles coming out). Obviously with various promos in other stores (like Gamestop) you can save even more on day-1 purchases.
The dates indicated refer to releases in physical stores and digital stores for Italy.
Games to be released: MAY 2019
This month presents a passage p with minor releases and a couple of long-awaited goodies. Among the most important and expected titles, Rage 2 arrives in the middle of the month on PC, PS4 and Xbox One platforms. For Switch we report the publication of Redout, a game that has been around for some time on other platforms and that required a longer optimization time for the Nintendo home console. In May we witness the release of important complete editions of games in circulation for some time (Kingdom Come Deliverance, Castelvania) and some remasters (Assassin's Creed III, Sniper Elite).
1st May 2019
Table Top Racing: World Tour (Nintendo Switch)
Multiplayer race game with miniaturized and widely customizable machines. Different modes available to compete and "fight" using powerups. Very similar in style to the historical MicroMachines, it has already been published on other platforms. This version for Switch represents the most complete edition. Possibility of game in split-screen, online and offline.

Saints Row: The Third (Nintendo Switch)
Action video game originally released in 2011. A deliberately exaggerated but very fun GTA-style title. Obviously this version for Switch already comes with all the DLC content (both objects to be used and stories).
Mortal Kombat 11 (Nintendo Switch)
The violent fighting game of NetherRealm Studios also arrives on Nintendo Switch in a release a few days away from that of other gaming platforms. Some graphical compromises have been made for this version of Mortal Kombat 11 but the contents in terms of characters, stages and modes are exactly the same available on the other consoles.

Assassin's Creed III (Nintendo Switch)
Let's go back to 18th century America with Assassin's Creed III, a title that debuts for the first time on Nintendo Switch. For the occasion, touch controls were introduced and the game interface redefined. Despite being a dated title, replaying it (or playing it for the first time) on Switch in mobility could have its own why and make us hope for the arrival of other episodes of the famous saga.
May 28, 2019
Layers of Fear 2 (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Horror narrative title. It is a first-person psychological thriller where the atmosphere of the game is the master. Recommended for those who have already had the opportunity to appreciate the first episode.
Kingdom Come Deliverance: Definitive Royal Edition (PC, PS4, Xbox One)
Medieval open-world RPG very focused on realism from a historical point of view (year 1403). The player will experience civil war and violence stories. This full version of DLC released later than the original publication date (13 February 2018) and offered at a "budget" price.
