Google continues to offer new solutions for increasingly nomadic home and business users. So in the cloud there is also now Google Drive, a place to create, share and store all personal or work files. The integration with Google Docs allows you to have a storage space of 5 GB (free) expandable up to 1Tb.

Videos, photos, PDFs and Docs travel on the net, available at any time. Whether you are planning your wedding, traveling around the world, or a business project archiving and collaboration are guaranteed.

In fact, being able to participate in the preparation of a presentation, or any project, with your team remains viewing the source document (whatever type of file it is) and inserting comments or changes. The latter will generate a notification which will be sent to all members of the working group. The great comfort certainly inherent in the cloud. From any device, computer, tablet or smartphone (for iOS systems the application still in development), access to your files becomes immediate. Even blind users can always access Drive through one screen reader.

Moreover, being able to archive a large amount of documents, there is no lack of the possibility of keeping them perfectly organized and easily searchable by keywords, file type, owner and more. Drive also recognizes words within scanned documents, thanks to OCR (Optical Character Recognition) technology. Image recognition will also be available soon.

Conceived to integrate with other products made in Google, Drive allows you to share photos on Google+ and soon it will be possible to attach files from Drive directly to Gmail messages.

As per tradition, Google offers Drive free of charge for the first 5Gb of storage sufficient to meet the needs of private or professional users. For business oriented needs other offers are available: 25Gb for $ 2.49 per month, 100Gb for $ 4.99 per month or even 1Tb for $ 49.99 per month. In the event of an upgrade, the Gmail account space will also be extended up to 25Gb.
