How to record the screen in iOS 11 natively

Have you ever been in a position where you lost patience while explaining some steps of a tutorial to your friends or family? Well, Apple now has a solution for this. Enable screen recording in iOS 11

The screen recording function integrated directly into the iOS 11 Control Center. By default, the switch is not displayed and, therefore, you need to add it to the Control Center before you can start using this elegant feature. So, simply follow the steps below to do it:

Go to the app Settings on your iOS device and tap "Control center" . Once you're there, just swipe down a little bit and touch the icon "+" right next to Screen Recording to add it to your Control Center.

After enabling screen recording in the Control Center, you can swipe up from the bottom of the iPhone to bring up the Control Center. You will notice that there is a screen recording switch, as shown in the screenshot below. Tap it once, to start recording what you want.

During recording, the screen recording icon will be red and a blue bar will appear at the top of the screen showing the elapsed time. If you want to stop recording, you can tap this blue bar and press "Stop" or touch the switch again.

If you are using an iPhone 6s / 6s Plus or iPhone 7/7 Plus, you can use the 3D Touch function available for the screen recording switch. You can force touch the switch for enable or disable the microphone sound of your device . So if you want to record something with your voice, you can certainly do it.

You can access the recorded video file from the Photos app. In this app, you can also crop unnecessary parts of the recorded video. This is quite important, since every single registration starts with your Control Center.
