Twitter for iPad is renewed: goodbye to white borders | Images

It is a period full of many changes Twitter, the well-known social media platform which, after announcing changes in image quality and Live Photo support, began to distribute – finally – a renewed user interface for the iPad version of your app.

Forget about a re-adaptation of the iPhone app on the large screens of Apple tablets: once the new design has been received (the distribution, for the moment, has reached a limited number of devices), in fact, users will be able to make full use of all the space available to them thanks to a UI that resumes in all and for all the layout introduced on desktop last summer and that will allow you to say goodbye to the horrible side white edges.

Specifically, the user interface is now divided into three different columns – both in vertical and in horizontal mode. In the part we find one navigation bar which allows for quick access to the home, notifications, private messages and more; at the center there is the news feed, while on the right, finally, a section dedicated to account trends.

The activation of the new UI should continue over the next few hours, so we recommend keeping the Twitter app up-to-date with the latest version available on the App Store.
