Aruba presents the Aruba Cloud Startup Program, the initiative aimed at all the technological startups, which will have the possibility of having a cloud credit of between 6,000 and 75,000 euros for three years, depending on the formula they intend to adhere to.
By making this credit available, Aruba's goal is to encourage the development of startups, providing them with the best in terms of platform, data center, hardware, connectivity and IT support; at the same time addressing both newly born companies from the innovative and technological business, and those already started that need to push on the technological accelerator.
To join the Aruba Cloud Startup Program, startups must be presented by a partner company of the program, such as private or public incubators, business, university or venture capital accelerators. Two important Italian companies in the world of technological incubators, such as Nana Bianca and H-Farm, have joined the program by starting to propose their own startups.
Aruba has studied two different formulas, depending on the type of company submitting the affiliation request:
Formula BOOST, created to meet those startups that do not yet have a real IT infrastructure and that could achieve real benefits by operating on a cloud architecture. Eligible startups will receive 2,000 euros a year for three years.
Formula ELITE, tailored for those startups that need an advanced IT infrastructure, whose performance and scalability can make the difference. Eligible companies will receive ? 25,000 per year for three years.
To join the ELITE program, Aruba will invite partner companies with their startups to Pitch Day, a meeting day dedicated to the presentation of their business model and IT architecture, during which Aruba valuteroneone will benefit from the cloud credit.
We are very proud to present the Aruba Cloud Startup Program, comments Stefano Cecconi, CEO of Aruba S.p.A. an initiative that puts us back on the side of Italian companies. We think that the cloud, better than any other technology, adapts to the specific characteristics of technology startups, which are often subject to non-linear growth even in terms of the need for IT resources. Furthermore, the cloud model we offer allows our users to not have to think about managing the data center, the connectivity or the hardware, which we take care of, thus letting them focus on their business, an element that is extremely important for a company that is born.
In addition, Aruba will offer its members, periodically, a training day called Cloud Training Day, making all its know-how available. On this occasion, experienced technicians working directly on the cloud platform will illustrate the main uses of Aruba Cloud solutions, offering live demos to build a cloud infrastructure.
