Xiaomi's Mi A1 smartphone came as a revival of Android One, a program that seemed to have run out since its initial announcement a couple of years ago. Unlike the other Mi phones from Xiaomi, the distinctive feature of the Mi A1 its software: it runs Android as standard, not the same MIUI as Xiaomi.
Android One is a hardware and software standard created by Google with a focus on entry-level devices for emerging markets. intended to provide a consistent user experience and increased security through frequent updates and Google Play Protect. And speaking of the user interface, as mentioned above, Android One devices run standard Android with a series of features such as Google Now integration, support for adaptive icons and more.

Steps to install Android One Launcher
- To be able to start Android One on your phone, simply download the APK file and install it.
- Once you're done, set your default home screen as new and you're good to go.
Note : before installing the modified boot program, make sure you don't have the Pixel n launcher or the Android One startup program already installed on your device.
That being said, it is worth noting that both the Android One launcher and the Pixel launcher are more or less similar except for some changes. The Android One launcher sports a slightly different app dock for the home screen, while the Pixel launcher hosts the Google search bar on the dock itself. The Android One launcher also has a different style app drawer. So, if anything, we're mainly looking at aesthetic changes.
