The two new CELSIUS workstations from Fujitsu are able to achieve graphic performance levels and record computing power given by the combination of card systems for the NVIDIA GRID graphic virtualization is Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors with a passive and active cooling system.
Also available in version rack-mounted the new workstations offer the possibility of connect multiple users simultaneously at a single workstation, even with an "under-stress" GPU for modeling 3D content for example.
Meeting these needs means innovating: the cooling system developed by Fujitsu integrates up to three NVIDIA GRID graphics virtualization cards into a single CELSIUS R930 system; each card in turn can support multiple virtualized users.
There CELSIUS R930 workstation, in the rack version, also supports solutions with multi Intel Xeon Phi coprocessors for High Performance Computing (HPC) applications. The support of an expansion up to 512 GB of RAM and the convenient cold plug front access to the hard disk guarantee further opportunities for system expansion.
