Dell adds a new piece in its range of gadgetrugged, ie gadgets designed to withstand the worst environmental conditions. Is called Dell Latitude 12 Rugged Tabletand designed for those who need performance and reliability even in the most extreme situations. Iltablet in fact able to survive water, sand, dust, falls and extreme temperatures (from -30 to over 60 degrees centigrade).
Perfect therefore for those who, for passion above all for profession, often find themselves in hostile environments: rescue situations, construction sites, areas of military operations, but also simple outdoor adventure. After all, it obtained both the IP65 certification, referring to the impermeability and the resistance to dust, and the MIL-STD-810G, an international standard that guarantees that the gadget meets the conditions of the tests of the United States Department of Defense.
The Latitude 12 Rugged equipped with a 11.6 "screen with a resolution of 1366 × 768 pixels, it can be used with gloves and it makes you look clearly even in full sun. It features a fifth generation Intel Core microprocessor and a Windows 8.1 operating system and has a 12-hour operating life.
Additional accessories include a backlit keyboard, a car dock and a table. Will be on sale starting from the end of July in the United States, at a price yet to be defined.
